Building Relationships that Work
About the Event
Join us for a 3-part series on building relationships. Because forging valuable relationships in and outside the office make us all more likely to be successful together than as individuals . We are going to dig in to building relationships that are beneficial for all parties from individual relationships to larger teams; in the office and out!
This week, we're going to learn how to celebrate our differences, in background, personality, experience, and preferences, and learn to get along to go along. We may not always understand one another, but we do need each other to succeed.
"Team Collaboration Takes Understanding
We’ve all been there, right? We’ve all had to work with someone in some capacity whom we just did not connect with. And that may be putting it mildly. Personality style may have a lot to do with it." - 16 personalities
