As executive recruiters, we saw an opportunity to do something more for the people we met along the way.
We knew that today's candidates would become tomorrow's hiring leaders. And we believed that investing in people during career transition could build relationships that would last long after they landed.
So we started bringing executives together.
What began as a way to support candidates in transition grew into JSUG, a community built on shared knowledge, meaningful connections, and helping one another move forward.
