Sapphire HR Roundtables

I chose you for the Sapphire league because Sapphire symbolizes the height of faith and hope. Its power is known as the Wisdom stone. Sapphire attracts abundance, calm, strength, and intuition. In your role as one of the most Sr Leaders in HR in your organization, how often are you called upon to give energy, vitality, and wisdom to leadership and staff? How often must you be the source of strength for those around you?

Here are a few examples of the other backgrounds within the group:

- This group is primarily made up of VPs of HR and CHRO’s from larger 500Mil to multi-Billion $ organizations. Many are rapidly growing, some more established. We currently have 10 individuals at this level interested in the roundtables.

- There are a number of different industries represented from Manufacturing to Corporate Services to Healthcare and Financial Services.
