Stepping Into Possiblity
This opening session introduces the foundational distinction between a measurement world and a possibility world. Participants are invited to bring one situation where they feel stuck or constrained and explore how interpretation, not circumstance, may be shaping what they believe is available.
Through guided reflection and small-group conversation, participants experiment with reframing as an act of leadership, not optimism. The goal is not to solve problems, but to expand the range of possible stories and pathways forward.
Participants leave with one assumption they are willing to set down for the week ahead and one alternative frame they are willing to experiment with, without pressure to prove it.
