MUST HAVES:
• 10+ years of HR experience
• BS Degree required
• Manufacturing/Distribution/Logistics or Inventory experience
• Facility site experience
• $500M-$3B in revenue company (not too large or too small)
• Experience managing remote HR staff in a manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated strategic planning, organization, and proven leadership skills
• Superior interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and effective presentation skills
• Ability to travel
