About the Event
Some of you are lucky enough to be able to work in places that value openness and honesty. However, that is not the norm. Many employees are afraid to speak up. They're afraid to have honest conversations out in the open, especially when they are needed the most.
Our mission through our communication series is to help stop passive aggressive back biting, after the meeting, or aside conversations. If people are able to speak up and bring honesty to work, we'll have more productivity, less fear, and be happier in the workplace! But how do you muster up the courage to have those conversations, especially when you're not in a leadership position, or you work in a place that doesn't value openness and honesty?
There are 4 things: Confidence, Intent, Delivery, and Always Striving to Seek a Solution. We'll discuss in today's session!
