Some of you are lucky enough to be able to work in places that value openness and honesty. Â However, that is not the norm. Â Many employees are afraid to speak up. Â They're afraid to have honest conversations out in the open, especially when they are needed the most. Â
Our mission through our communication series is to help stop passive aggressive back biting, after the meeting, or aside conversations. Â If people are able to speak up and bring honesty to work, we'll have more productivity, less fear, and be happier in the workplace! Â But how do you muster up the courage to have those conversations, especially when you're not in a leadership position, or you work in a place that doesn't value openness and honesty?
