Building Relationships in a Virtual World

How do you deepen relationships when you aren’t in the same room? How do you strengthen communication when you aren’t in the same office?  After nearly a year of remote work, and many individuals feeling "zoomed out", we've had to come up with new ways to build relationships and foster trust.  

Trust isn’t a box you can check off. Trust is a feeling that takes small actions and daily effort to cultivate, especially when you can’t physically be together.

In this interactive session of Defining Leaders, we will walk you through:

• Some simple, practical methods to develop, maintain, and strengthen trust in a virtual world.  With internal teammates as well as with new relationships.
• Tools you can put into action right away to improve communication and cultivate deeper more meaningful relationships.
• Develop techniques for improved listening in order to be present for those around you.
