Laurie Chamberlin is president of the Adecco Group’s U.S. Professional Recruitment and Solutions unit, a Global Fortune 500 Company and the world’s leading provider of workforce solutions. Responsible for a robust portfolio of professional service brands, including Accounting Principals, Ajilon, Paladin, Parker + Lynch and Special Counsel, in recent years Laurie has worked to strategically reposition and expand their offerings. This focus has led to transformational mergers, integrations and strategic partnerships with leading organizations serving the legal, HR and staffing industries. She has also taken a proactive stance on workplace wellness, adopting a policy of workplace flexibility, which has proven essential in today’s climate.

She received a B.A. in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs, with a minor in French from Miami University. In her spare time, she loves running, yoga, going to the beach and spending time with her two children and husband in her hometown, Washington D.C.
