About the Event
Choosing the World You Operate In
The final session explores the distinction between operating as a player and operating as the board. Rather than focusing on tactics or next steps, participants are invited to examine the context they believe they are operating within and whether that context has been consciously chosen or inherited.
Through guided reflection and conversation, participants identify where they are reacting by default, what rules they are assuming are fixed, and how authorship over context creates new freedom and agency.
The session emphasizes orientation over action and closes the series with integration, ownership, and completion.
