Make it obvious: One of the most important things to remember when creating a system of small wins is to make them obvious. This means that they should be visible and easy to see. For example, if your goal is to exercise more, you can make it obvious by leaving your workout clothes and shoes out where you can see them, or by putting a calendar on your fridge and crossing off the days that you exercise. This way, you’ll be reminded of your goal every time you see your workout clothes or the calendar.
