Plant Manager

Must Haves:
• 8+ years of Plant operations experience (must have plant management experience)
• Small to midsized company
• Plastic and Injection Molding required
• Experience implementing metrics and KPI’s

Duties:
• Oversee 100 employees across 3 shifts with 3-6 direct reports
• Understand manual processes and assist in bringing new technology and techniques to upgrade the company’s performance.
• Design and implement metrics and KPI’s to improve manufacturing efficiencies.
• Work with cross functionally with logistics, production scheduling and recruitment to ensure all plant operations are running smoothly.
• Possess strong business acumen to understand how capital purchases can elevate the business.
• Present to the Board of Directors on ROI of investments.

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of Plant operations experience (must have plant management experience)
• Plastic and Injection Molding industry required
• Experience implementing KPI’s and metrics
• Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong temp workforce experience
