Continuous Improvement Engineer

April was brought on by a company that was struggling with their Opex program. Especially in the area of building a culture of continuous improvement across the plant and corporate site locations. She was highly praised for her accomplishments. After a buyout of her company, April was moved into a different role to merge SAP into the new company.
• She is looking for a continuous improvement fused role integrated with production where she can utilize both her analytical skills and hands-on working ability to improve processes with floor operators.
• She is strong at coordinating projects and aligning strategic corporate goals with the attitude of the manufacturing sites
• She has delivered strong financial performance
• One of the things she loves is hands on coaching, directing, and teaching on the shop floor
• Super sharp!
