"In Person", “Remote" & “Hybrid”, there are many different opinions on what is best. From the Great Resignation to Elon Musk calling employees back to the office (or else) there are competing opinions. So which is right? Or better put, which one is right for you and your organization?

To return to work or not to return to work? That is the question. Or, the dilemma facing companies and their employees today. Recent research suggests a significant disconnect between company executives and their employees on this issue.
According to research by the collaboration hub Slack, three-quarters of all executives reported they want to work from the office three to five days a week, compared with about one-third of employees. Among executives who have worked completely remotely through the pandemic, 44% said they wanted to come back every day versus just 17% of employees.
Additionally, a study by the ADP Research Institute found that 64% of the global workforce said they have already, or would consider, looking for a new job if their employer wanted them in the office full-time.
