Role changing as company moved majority of operations to Mexico
Reports to CEO and will have 6-7 staff between US and Mexico
Must haves:
• 5-10 years of diverse HR leadership
• Degreed in HR related field
• Experience working on site at Mexican operation/plant facility- Might flex at some point to supporting Mexico facility
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Some exposure to a public company in career
